Dr Rabinder S. Sobti is a critical care physician and medical educator with a strong interest in digital healthcare, healthcare improvement and continuous professional development.

Alongside his specialist medical training, he completed an MBA at Warwick Business School, focusing on digital innovation and improvement in healthcare. His clinical and fellowship experience has included roles at Oxford, Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust and King’s College London, broadening his perspective on clinical practice, healthcare systems and medical education.

Dr Sobti has extensive experience in teaching and mentoring medical students and junior doctors, supporting their development in clinical knowledge, decision-making and examination preparation. Through his work in online medical education, he has helped provide high-quality learning resources to more than 100,000 medical students and doctors.

His wider interests include philosophy and psychology, particularly their relevance to learning, clinical decision-making and performance under pressure. His work focuses on combining clinical expertise, evidence-based education and digital innovation to create practical and accessible learning experiences for healthcare professionals.
